Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years of age or older
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• State security license (CT state Blue Card) with armed endorsement
• Armed role requires prior law enforcement or military experience or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months armed security/related experience
• Pass LEAI Assessment (62%+)
• Pass CT live-fire testing; NRA 80% proficiency
• Pass GWSS screening and agility/physical tests
• Possess immunizations or ability to obtain them
• Own duty weapon (9mm) with magazines
• Certification to carry less-lethal (OC Spray)
• Able to pass extensive screening
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to emergencies, disturbances, and potential threats
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks on vehicles and personnel
• Operate company vehicle if required while patrolling
• Collaborate with law enforcement and security team to address incidents
• Enforce company regulations and interact politely with the public
• Provide accurate, timely written incident reports
