Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 21 years old or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• CT state Blue Card armed endorsement
• Armed experience: security/military/law enforcement preferred
• Six months armed work experience
• Pass LEAI assessment (62%+)
• Pass state live-fire testing
• Complete NRA course of fire (80%+)
• Pass GWSS screening
• Pass Kraus Weber agility test
• Pass HPE evaluation
• Have immunizations or ability to obtain
• Provide owned duty weapon (9mm) with magazines
• OC Spray certification
• Ace anti-discrimination policies and professional demeanor
• Stand and walk for entire shift

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies
• Monitor access points and security checks on vehicles and personnel
• Operate a company vehicle if required and maintain clean MVR
• Collaborate with law enforcement and security personnel
• Enforce regulations and write detailed incident reports
