Job summary

Omniplex World Services Corporation is seeking a Cleared Site Supervisor (Full Scope Polygraph) to lead a team of armed Cleared Security Officers at a sensitive site. Shifts are determined by contract needs and staffing.

Qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, 2+ years of armed security and supervisory experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to support critical federal missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 2+ years of armed security experience; 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of successful supervisory/leadership experience in field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of armed Cleared Security Officers in daily operations and assist with new hire training.
• Perform inspections of posts throughout the month.
• Conduct regular site visits and security patrols by foot or vehicle.
• Control access to the facility by monitoring surveillance equipment and verifying identifications.
• Respond to incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and inclement weather.
• Escalate use of force per policy and manage armed response when required.
• Handle scheduling, shift coverage, call-offs, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce Post Orders and facility regulations; maintain weapon and equipment proficiency.
• Build strong relationships with the customer and stakeholders.
