We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedSite Managerto lead and oversee all security operations under our contract. TheSite Manageris responsible for ensuring security personnel perform effectively while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and contract-specific security requirements. COMPENSATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT
• Monitor and manage security budgets while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for events, VIP visits, and emergency situations.
• Lead by example by being present, engaged, and hands-on in day-to-day security operations.
• Oversee site-specific training to ensure officers fully understand their roles, responsibilities, and assigned equipment.
• Ensure all security personnel comply with Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Maintain situational awareness of security threats and ensure officers are adequately prepared for emergency responses.
• REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
• Generate and present security reports, risk assessments, and incident reports to management.
• Analyze security trends and propose improvements, including new technology implementations.
• Attend management meetings to discuss operational needs, challenges, and strategic planning.
• Business work hours are 24/7 and weekend availability is required.
• Work is typically based in a busy environment and subject to frequent interruptions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance Required:TS-SCI-CI Poly.
