The position entails supervising guards, coordinating post coverage, and maintaining safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior law enforcement or military with POST certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of armed security experience and minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid armed security license and state-required training (e.g., firearms qualification).
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation; pass background check, drug screening, and firearm qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically capable of patrols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers at client locations.
• Ensure officers adhere to post orders, uniforms, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections of posts and personnel.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate when needed, and document actions.
• Monitor site activities and provide real-time updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage scheduling, call-offs, and post coverage as needed.
• Train and mentor new officers; provide coaching and feedback.
