Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading uniform security staff.
• Background in security or safety operations in logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement required.
• Must complete pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency procedures, fire safety measures, and incident reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage security equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Foster relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols for seamless coordination.
