Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily site security operations.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, students, parents, and visitors.
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and United Security Services management.
Supervise, coach, and develop security officers to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
Monitor officer productivity, attendance, appearance, and compliance with site procedures.
Coordinate and manage security coverage for special events, emergencies, and site activities.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.
