Job summary

United Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at Faith Lutheran – Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role pays $26/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, and requires hands-on leadership of security personnel and client-facing professionalism.

You will coordinate coverage for events and emergencies, supervise officers, conduct site inspections, and maintain high standards of accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Nevada Armed PILB card.
• Previous experience in security supervision, site management, or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.

Job Summary:

The Security Site Manager provides hands-on leadership, ensuring that security operations are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and client expectations. The position requires strong operational knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond to and manage site events, incidents, and security concerns.

Armed Security Supervisor - Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily site security operations.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, students, parents, and visitors.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and United Security Services management.
• Supervise, coach, and develop security officers to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.
