Job summary

OX Security is seeking experienced Armed Security Officers to provide security services in Raleigh, NC. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and State property while providing exceptional customer service and emergency response support.

This full-time position requires vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. Officers must wear body cameras and may be designated as essential personnel during

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
• Current NC PPSB Armed Security Guard Registration and Firearm Permit.
• Ability to obtain and maintain HSPD-12 credentialing.
• Clean criminal background suitable for State facility access.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access points.
• Screen visitors using magnetometers and security screening equipment.
• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Enforce facility security procedures and complete incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Escort visitors, vendors, and contractors as required.
