Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify anomalies and hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with training, licensing requirements, and post orders.
