Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain access-control logs per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures as needed.
• Participate in required industry security training and maintain DoD clearance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate access-control logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, report unauthorized access attempts, and help to deter unauthorized activity in restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
