• Minimum 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Hawaii driver's license or Hawaii-recognized license.
• Meets HRS Chapter 463 security guard licensing requirements.
• Legally eligible to possess, carry, and handle firearms.
• Current firearm license/permit and related qualifications.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work with a team and remain calm under stress.
