Qualifications

• Be 21+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year armed security or related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within an approved empowerment range and manage staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and site supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee training, safety programs, and equipment inventories.
