Doyle Security Services is seeking an Armed Shift Supervisor to lead a team of security personnel at a client site. You will ensure compliance with post orders, conduct rounds, file reports, and coordinate with authorities during emergencies.

The role requires a Florida armed license, a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring coverage, and delivering quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Florida Class D Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid Florida Armed D & G Guard license.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must understand English and Spanish and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as an Armed Shift Supervisor for a team of Security Officers, Lead Officers and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, reports filed; notify authorities and client in emergencies.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; consults with management; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers, reviews post orders and assignments with subordinates.
• Ensures adequate post coverage in coordination with management.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and assigns tasks to subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service.
