Job Summary
Full-Time Armed Security Supervisor for a high-profile site in downtown Chicago. This leadership role requires a seasoned security professional with supervisory experience, ready to lead with confidence and ensure operational excellence during 2nd shift.
Schedule Details
Employment Type: Full Time
Shifts Available: Afternoon, Evening
Shift Time: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Workdays Available: Wednesday – Sunday
Compensation
Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hr
Requirements
5+ years of security experience
1+ year of supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Duties
Supervise, train, and support security personnel
Ensure post orders and client expectations are met
Conduct site inspections and write shift reports
Respond to incidents and escalate as needed
Maintain high visibility and professionalism at all times

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Shift Supervisor.
The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. An Armed Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. They supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
