Job Summary

Full-Time Armed Security Supervisor at a high-profile site in downtown Chicago. This leadership role requires a seasoned security professional with supervisory experience, ready to lead with confidence and ensure operational excellence during 2nd shift.

Schedule Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Shifts Available: Afternoon, Evening
• Shift Time: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Workdays: Wednesday – Sunday

Compensation

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hr

Requirements

• 5+ years of security experience
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Duties

• Supervise, train, and support security personnel
• Ensure post orders and client expectations are met
• Conduct site inspections and write shift reports
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed
• Maintain high visibility and professionalism at all times

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds
• Complete background investigation and drug screening
• Licensing as required by state/local laws
