Job summary

Allied Universal in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Armed Patrol Security Officer (Part Time) for a retail location. You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, Level III Armed Certification, a high school diploma, and a successful background check. Flexible evenings and weekends with a shift schedule via our Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass background checks and a drug screen.
• Active Level III Armed Guard Card and valid driver’s license when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Attention to safety protocols and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the store, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures and laws.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns as required.
• Communicate professionally with store leadership, law enforcement, and responders.
