Requirements: Law Enforcement or Military Police training, HS diploma, 21+, and background check. Alarm panel experience and baton certification preferred; armed guard license preferred. Full-time, $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following security-related procedures and post orders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Handle equipment in accordance with laws, training, and Allied Universal policies.
