Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Baton certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation and drug screen will be conducted.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, document visitor activity, and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain required reports and communicate observations to site leadership and supervision.
