Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• Pepper Spray Certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorizations; report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally; contact law enforcement when directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per policies.
