Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Protective Readiness at our Charlotte, NC site. As part of an armed patrol at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and preparing incident reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Possess a CPO certification.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, parking, entrances, ATM areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures, maintaining awareness of personnel and vehicle activity.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate information to site leadership and emergency responders.
