Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a utility site following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly per site protocols.
• Perform regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and maintain logs and reports.
• Observe and report hazards or incidents to management.
