Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of activity within and around the facility.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the business, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site procedures and laws.
• Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
