Qualifications

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report concerns to site contacts.
• Document observations and incidents in required reports and communicate findings to leadership.
