Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an armed Security Guard / Patrol Driver in Culpeper, VA. The role requires an armed guard card, active DoD Secret clearance, and a valid driver’s license. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service on a driving post.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and incident reporting.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with training and site orders.
