• Monitor for security concerns, suspicious behavior, hazardous conditions, and policy violations; report via required channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Assist with access control, traffic flow, and coordination with store personnel and responding emergency services.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for security‑related concerns, suspicious behavior, hazardous conditions, and policy violations; report observations through required channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following applicable procedures.
• Maintain awareness of retail operations and assist with access control, traffic flow, and coordination with store personnel and/or responding emergency services as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
