Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials and authorization per site procedures, and maintain visitor/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, and communicate observations to site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Observe and report unusual activity and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence in a financial services environment.

Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun – 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials and/or authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to designated site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Observe and report unusual activity, facility conditions, and policy violations while maintaining a professional presence in a financial services environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
