You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of deliveries, shipments, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift documentation; communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
