Qualifications

• Possess a CPO certification.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify approved entry according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly while coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain daily activity documentation.
