Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store employees, customers, and visitors by carrying out armed security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations following protocols and laws.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location to deter theft and other unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and coordinate with management and authorities as needed.
