Qualifications

• Must have Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience OR 5+ years armed security experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events calmly and per protocol.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the store, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other areas.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious activity or hazards to management.
• Complete required reports and communicate information to store management and authorities.
