Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior to site contacts or responders.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain documentation of patrols and incidents.
