Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participation in security training programs is expected.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of retail locations, parking areas, and perimeters to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, vendors, and deliveries per site requirements.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
