Job summary

City Security Services is seeking an Armed Security Officer for an industrial site in Houston. The role includes patrolling with golf carts and on foot, monitoring employee and visitor traffic, and responding to security incidents.

Successful candidates must hold a Level III commissioned license, a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be reliable for overnight availability. This part-time morning schedule provides 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active Level III Commissioned Security License required.
• Driver's License with a clean Driving Record required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Golf Cart and foot patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor employee and visitor traffic entering the property.
• Respond to employee complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
• Conduct perimeter checks of the parking areas, and entry points of the building.
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Schedule: Part-Time, Morning, 24hours/week

• Thursday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM
• Friday: 9:00AM - 9:00PM

City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within an industrial environment. In this role, you will conduct golf cart and foot patrols, monitor employee and visitor activity, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
