Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Must possess an Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.
• Armed roles require a minimum age of 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and guests by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual conditions as needed.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate with site management and leadership.
