Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Act 235 Patrol in Philadelphia, PA to safeguard clients across commercial real estate settings. You will perform routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and respond professionally to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires Act 235 qualification, at least 2 years of security or law enforcement experience, and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.
• Armed role age must be 21+.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and event personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity to site contacts and leadership.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation per site procedures.
