Job summary

Allied Universal in Bronx, NY is seeking a Security Officer Armed Perimeter Security. You will patrol and protect client sites, deter incidents, and respond professionally while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our values.

Requirements include a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit, NYS Security Guard License, Armed Guard Card, and at least 6 months' armed security or military experience; must be 21+; background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and with proper reporting.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the location and perimeter to identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe people, vehicles, and property per site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documents, and shift records.
