Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution, following security procedures.

• Monitor access to controlled areas and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and escalate as needed.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain required documentation.
