Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, invites you to join our team in Miami as a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with potential for additional hours through the Earn More program, supporting income stability and hands-on security experience.

Pay rate is $22.26 per hour. The position requires an armed guard license, 2+ years of security or related experience, and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service at all times.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Provide a valid driver’s license for driving positions as applicable.
• Armed license and background checks required per state laws.
• A DD214 with honorable discharge or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public with security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances following protocols and notifying responders.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry and direction of visitors.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain documentation.
