Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site‑specific, security‑related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site‑specific procedures.
