Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Patrol Incident Documentation Security Officer in Dallas, TX. This part-time role involves monitoring, patrolling bank premises, and maintaining a strong presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

You will respond to incidents, complete reports, and coordinate with clients. A Texas Level III Armed Certification and valid CPR certification are preferred, with flexibility for a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas according to procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approaches; notify appropriate personnel and law enforcement as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs with professional communication.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM
• Sat: 08:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and law enforcement as required.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with client representatives and the public.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
