Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff following security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and report to site contacts or authorities as needed.
• Carry out regular armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and monitor restricted areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry points and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report access-related issues or suspicious activity.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining a professional presence, assisting with routine questions, and completing required logs, reports, and post orders accurately.
