Allied Universal seeks a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol in Seattle, WA. You will protect clients, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a strong presence across the site.

The role requires patrols, incident reporting, and adherence to policies with a focus on safety and community trust. A valid firearms permit and armed license are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer or tablet use required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as part of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; firearms permit preferred.
• Armed guard license preferred for armed roles.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old for armed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Maintain awareness of access points, customer areas, and restricted spaces; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol documentation, and required communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
