Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Concealed carry weapons permit required or preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws; drug screen as permitted.
• Training programs and licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations professionally and following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Maintain documentation including daily activity, incident reports, and patrol logs; report observations to site leadership.
