Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by carrying out security procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and according to protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, assist with visitor direction per site procedures.
• Maintain documentation including incident reports and patrol activity; communicate information to leadership.
