Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol Access Control in Manassas, VA. You will monitor and protect residents and staff, control access, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card or License required or as applicable by state law.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence throughout the residential location.
