Qualifications

• Must possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Have access control or badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and company policies.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and sensitive situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report issues and maintain incident records.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, staff and emergency responders.
