Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports in accordance with site-specific procedures.
