Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Frisco, TX. The role supports healthcare locations, delivering professional customer service while patrolling, monitoring access, and responding to incidents with composure.

You’ll join a team focusing on safety, community service, and reliable protection. Hourly pay is $24 with weekend shifts and schedule flexibility through our Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required, per law.
• Industry-specific security training programs may be required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, restricted areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining professional interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activities, and policy violations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
