Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks an Armed Security Officer in Richmond, VA. This full-time, afternoon driving role involves patrolling client sites, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of armed security experience, a valid armed guard card, a driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid and driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license is required.
• Valid driver’s license required per driver policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter; adapt to client site conditions.
